Supporting Trans Youth Through Storytelling: Our Collaboration with Leblanc & Co.

At Ode Films, we believe in the power of storytelling to inform, inspire, and create meaningful change. That’s why we’re so proud to share our recent collaboration with Leblanc & Co. on We Are Allies—a series of videos designed to support and empower trans youth.

This project was created as part of the We Are Allies educational series, a resource hub for young people navigating questions of identity, health, and belonging. Our role was to help bring these important stories and perspectives to life through film.

Centering Community Voices

The series features heartfelt interviews with trans community members who generously shared their experiences and insights. Their voices remind us that representation matters—not only for visibility, but also for fostering connection and hope.

Alongside these personal stories, We Are Allies also highlights conversations with doctors, psychologists, and other professionals who are working on the frontlines of trans health and youth support. Their expertise helps break down myths, answer pressing questions, and provide evidence-based guidance for young people and their families.
